New Logo, Same amazing fair!

July 16th 2022 saw an incredible 1,320 buyers on a cold winter day, come out to try and reach their collecting goals! Lots of positive feedback and some fresh faces on the seller floor as we had some roll-overs. Looking forward to introducing more value for both buyers and sellers in upcoming shows as we work on branding and advertising. - NTF

More records broken!

A tremendous turnout considering the weather, we managed to have 1375 patrons come through Nexus Toy Fair July 17th 2021. Both buyers and sellers happy overall, (as well as the kiosk selling hot chips on a cold day) we look forward to seeing you all there again October 16th!

an amazing turnout!

wow! thank you to everyone who made the trip out to nexus April 17th 2021. we set a record number of 1230 buyers, not including children. immediate feedback from sellers was overall very good, and this marks (hopefully) the last time we will have to adhere to the modified layout.

we will see you all again in July!

$2 cash entry, ATM’s located behind the venue at the park shopping centre.

October success!

Another great show, 1200+ buyers turned up for our 128 seller tables, and from all reports a huge success for both buyers and sellers. Looking forward to Jan 2021 with some new and special ideas!

An Amazing Success!

july 18th was a huge success! With one of the first pop culture events to happen amid the Covid situation, the people of Perth came from all over and we took a record of 1203 people! A lot of work in a short amount of time made it all worth it, and we plan on making October even bigger and better!

If you came along and had great time please share your experience and your finds on social media and we hope to see you all again in October! #perthtoyfair

APRIL TOY FAIR POSTPONEMENT

It is with a heavy heart that we have to postpone the April Toy Fair due to current world events. We were aware that this would be likely to happen a couple weeks ago but needed to wait for confirmation from the government owned venue, which we received today.

On the bright side we have been able to retain our bookings for the other dates this year and we will assess the situation around the July Fair in the near future, pending updates from the government on public events.

We have some great ideas we will be implementing in this unexpected break and we hope to bring a stellar event sometime soon. So for now, stay safe and stay tuned for updates!

We will be in contact with vendors regarding their bookings in the next 48 hours.

JANUARY FAIR SUCCESS!

A great success! Thanks to everyone involved in making Nexus Toy & Collectible fair on JAN 18th! We had over 940 buyers come through the door which is an amazing turnout for the January event. It got pretty warm in the venue and we are working on solving that issue for the January fairs. Special thanks also to our setup /pull down volunteers.

Big thanks to Wibbly cheeks art for doing amazing work with the kids face painting, and our costumers for taking lots of photos with people and creating a fun atmosphere!

**note: the child who lost his wallet found it safely with his birthday money still inside, thanks for everyone who helped to look for it.

See you all in April for hopefully and even bigger event!

NEXT EVENT 18th JAN 2020

October was another great fair, with over 130 sellers and over 700 paying general admission. Handover to the new organiser was made by announcement, and looking forward to what Nexus Toy Fair will bring in 2020!

October fair can be a tricky one, it will either conflict with Bricktober LEGO event or the Royal Show with our 2 available OCT dates, so we chose to not conflict with the Royal Show . This will most likely be the case going forward but it didn’t affect attendance rates with a total 712 paying admission.

see you in JAN!

-Brent.

NEXT EVENT 12th OCT 2019!

Review of 13 July

very good all round - everybody turned up and were reasonably well organised. Weather conditions were perfect - inside and out.

Buyer attendance was 844 .... a new record attendance - compared with the recent average (last 8 fairs) of 725.

I hear that the running of the cafe is going to be transferred to a private operator. I know that NEXUS is their most productive day - I suggest you give feedback next time as to the kind of service you would like - personally I think they should be up and running for business from 7:30am.

regards,

Team NEXUS
